I’ve been dealing with various aspects of health for many years and I constantly keep learning. For me, holistic health includes the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person. My Holistic Lifestyle Coaching brings all these different aspects together and I’ve already been able to accompany many different people on their way to holistic health.
